In order to build a positive, inclusive, and resilient culture it is essential to first understand your organization’s specific areas of strength and growth. Just as you would go to the doctor to assess a particular pain point and get a specific medication based on what they find, the organizational culture assessment is a diagnostic tool to identify pain points in your organization and the specific interventions needed to address them. 

The Organizational Culture Assessment will help you to attract and retain people, increase employee engagement, improve collaboration on your teams, increase innovation, save time and money through transparency, and more.

In this assessment, we will review policies, practices, and the lived experiences of your employees and based on these findings make recommendations for possible next steps to move towards your goal of building a positive inclusive, and resilient workplace culture.

Our Organizational Culture Assessment includes:

Document analysis. We will look at documents including policies, code of conduct/employee handbook, onboarding documents, website, employee evaluation tools, job descriptions, and interview questions to understand where your written policies and practices may be contributing or getting in the way of a positive, inclusive, and resilient culture.

Meeting observations. We will observe meetings of various teams and departments to get a sense of what a typical interaction in your organization is like.

Focus groups and interviews. We will engage with a wide range of employees, managers, and senior leaders through interviews and focus groups to learn about their lived experiences working in your organization, where they feel supported, and where something more or different is needed.

Organization-wide survey. We will administer a survey to all employees to get a 10,000-foot view of what is going well and areas for growth.

When we finish the assessment, you will have a deeper understanding of your organization’s needs and a set of clear recommendations to address those needs. You will have the knowledge and next steps to move forward with confidence and clarity.
